Our beautiful riverside cottage in Brundall, Norfolk, is spacious, fully furnished and well equipped; ready for you to rent for your next holiday. This privately owned property has 12 metres of river frontage on the River Yare and is perfect for a family break.
The Yare Public House is just a 5 minute walk away from this holiday bungalow and serves real ales and either bar meals or a full restaurant. The fine City of Norwich is only a 10 minute car or train ride away, or if beaches are your preference the Norfolk Coast is also easily accessible by road or rail.
The River Yare is renowned for its roach, bream, perch and pike fishing (close fishing season is from 15th March – 16th June inclusive). Or if you prefer, simply relax and enjoy the abundant wildlife and panoramic views with its boating activities.
Whether you want to sample all that Norfolk has to offer, enjoy fantastic fishing on your doorstep, or simply to relax on the idyllic Norfolk Broads, you are sure to enjoy your stay.

Very clean and well equipped bungalow. Fishing good, nice roach and perch. We will return 15/10/16.
Back again, fishing was very good, perch, roach, bream and pike etc. Saw the otter, king fisher, swans and marsh harrier. Had a great time, home from home, and will be back next year 17/09/16.
Glorious weather, good catch of roach over a pound, bream at night four pound plus and ducks tapping on the patio doors. See you next year 10/09/2016.

This was our 8th year and yet again not disappointed! We decided to stay for 2 weeks this year - fabulous idea! Dad enjoyed the fishing and the bream, roach, rudd and perch were regular visitors to his line/hook! Brundall is a lovely village and we enjoyed The Ram and East Hills. We certainly took advantage of the train station again. Thank you for the wine and letting us stay!
Thank you for the lovely holiday home. Had a great time as always. The Heron is a regular visitor on the island. Also in the morning kept seeing a deer! This time we saw a seal too! Fishing was very good. Thank you for the chocolates.
So so lucky with the weather, so much so we spent our whole week enjoying the well kept garden and stunning views. Lots of wildlife to enjoy. We have been coming to Norfolk since 1987 and I have to say John and Jackie, you have a beautiful lodge, well equipped and clean. We are back twice next year and we can't wait. Thank you for the wine and pen, nice touch.
Our Winter break.. Took a drive into Norwich City Centre for a wonder around. Lots of shops to browse in including churches and the Cathedral. Iceni is a very relaxing and peaceful place to stay. Perfectly equipped, plus very warm at this time of year. Took the dinghy out for a row and brings back childhood memories of rowing up and down the creek at home. Went on a lovely walk to Buckingham and ended up at the station to find it was a request stop only, but didn't matter, as we walked back and came across the RSPB conservation park were we stopped off for a coffee. Had a wonderful meal at the Brick Kilns Little Plumstead, huge portions of delicious home cooking.
We have stayed at quite a few properties along Riverside over the last 30 years. Iceni is probably the best, very well equipped and comfortable with everything provided. We will definitely be back. The boys have enjoyed the fishing, I have enjoyed just chilling. Beautiful views over the river. PERFECT! The boat is a bonus.
We had a fab time here, really comfortable, the fishing has been excellent with lots of big bream. We shouldn't grumble about the British weather but at times it has been far too hot, the ceiling fan was a god send.
Yet again another ideal fishing family holiday, Brundall station makes the surrounding towns accessible. We have already booked up for next year 30/07/16.
